GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Dukem 020 is a silicone-based water emulsion. It is convenient to use and easy to handle. It is effective for many aqueous foaming systems, and particularly suited for long-term durability in alkaline systems. Dukem 020 is used for controlling foam in industrial process water, cooling and boiler water, biological oxidation systems, and industrial waste. At the low concentrations at which it is normally used, Dukem 020 has no adverse effect on the activated-sludge microorganisms. Dukem 020 is resistant to biodegradation.
